Issue of No-Conviction Certificate - Sales Units - Drug Control Department
This Service Provides Declaration in the prescribed proforma, stating that the licensee has not been convicted for the violations of provisions of D& C Act, 1940 and Rules 1945 for Sales Units.
Documents to be submitted with application:
1. All the valid manufacturing and/or sales licences.
2. All the product permission letters
3. Tender notification / Letter of the concerned authority that is demanding the certificate
4. Power of attorney or authorization letter

Drug Manufacturers who have registered with the Drugs Control Department and having a valid licence and user credentials provided by the Department.
